Over
the course of the nine-month project, emerging artists, arts
workers and Edinburgh-based groups of diverse cultural and
ethnic backgrounds worked with Ricochet artists to develop
their creativity and build up skills in photography and digital
techniques. The exciting new work produced was presented
alongside the work of Ricochet lead and guest artists in
an exhibition at Stills in the main gallery space from 15
October to 18 December 2005.
To complement and further explore the works and outcomes
of the exhibition, Stills offered a season of events including
the Ricochet artists introduction at the opening launch,
guided tours and audience participation projects to encourage
dialogue about the Ricochet exhibition and themes.
